PRICES
Prices shown are in Canadian Dollars. All prices are subject to change without notice. Everyone pays the same low prices including dealers and guides. Prices do not include applicable taxes. Volume Discounts are automatically calculated after your annual purchases reach $500 CAD.

ONTARIO MANUFACTURERS & DEALERS
All Ontario dealer and manufacturers are required to pay the HST (13%). Real Pro's SportFishing does not give credit terms or have open accounts. Volume Discounts are automatically calculated after your annual purchases reach $500 CAD.

SAME DAY SHIPPING
We ship most orders same day order placed. Shipment of stock items are usually made within 24 hours. We occasionally hold an order when out-of-stock items are due within a week. Allow extra time for delivery when paying by cheque to allow cheque to clear our bank.  WE DO NOT PAY SHIPPING ON BACK ORDERS.

SMALL ITEM COUNTS
All bulk items are counted by weight and guaranteed accurate ± 2%.

TAXES (Canada Residents Only!)
All prices, unless otherwise stated, exclude applicable taxes. All Canadian business and residents are required to pay the GST or HST. If unsure of your sales tax rate see the table below.

All orders shipped outside Canada are exempt from Canadian taxes. (Your country may charge import levies  - see International Orders)

RETURNS
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order of any intended returns or a re-stocking fee of 30% will become applicable on all returned goods. All returned goods must be unused in original packaging and resalable condition. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Under special circumstances returns will be allow after 30 days. A credit note only will be issued for any accepted returns after 30 days. We do not refund the shipping costs on returns.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Real Pro's SportFishing's preferred shipper is Canada Post. 

We can ship using your courier (ie Fedex or Purolator) only if you have an account with the courier you wish to use and the shipping is billed to your account. We charge a $10.00 fee if you wish to use another courier. Please note: If we get billed by your courier for a shipment which was supposed to be billed to your account you will be charged for the full amount of the courier bill plus a service charge of $20.00.

KNOW YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please know you shipping address. Canada Post has automated much of the sortation of parcels shipping to Canadian addresses. Canada Post will not deliver your parcel if the address is incomplete or incorrect. The most common error is a missing unit number. If your address includes a unit number (Apt #, Suite # or Box #) and it is not on the shipping label your parcel may be returned to us by Canada Post.

If your parcel is returned to us by Canada Post because you gave us an incomplete adderess there will be an additional shipping fee for the returned parcel (that's right Canada Post charges us for the returned parcel!) plus another shipping charge to re-ship your order to you. That means you may have to pay for the shipping three times if your address is incorrect. Please double check your shipping address.

Order Pickup
You can place an order for pickup. Please call before you come to pickup an order. Please note we are not a retail store and general browsing is not possible.
