Clear Top Coat with Glitter
is premixed heat resistant glitter in a clear powder paint. They are
generally used as an overcoat that can be applied over any of the regular or
fluorescent powder paint colours while the lure is still hot. The lure will
appear as the base coat, but the lure will now have a glitter clear coat.
